Jessica Dawson translates Gallup's research, management science and best practices into practical, compelling and powerful programs that produce organizational change for Gallup's clients. Jessica is ICF certified, as well as a Gallup-certified strengths coach who has developed aspiring coaches around the world. She delivers in-depth coaching on the results of strengths and engagement assessments for individuals and teams. Jessica also works to assess the states of clients' business problems, organizational cultures, leadership dispositions and objectives for change programs. She has experience in creating coaching programs for leaders and initiatives for Gallup clients in several industries. She received her bachelor's degree in economics from Spelman College and her master's in business administration in strategic human resources and corporate innovation from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
