Director of Hiring Analytics
Kristin Barry serves as a thought leader and strategic adviser on the science of analytics-based and talent-focused hiring for Gallup clients and consultants. Kristin is an expert at understanding, identifying and quantifying talent that leads to measurable performance outcomes. As the Director of Hiring Analytics, she works with Gallup clients to build and implement talent acquisition systems that increase productivity and sustainable financial performance. With a client-focused perspective, she leads Gallup's research and development in the area of talent science and manages hiring analytics portfolio development. In addition, she advises Gallup’s Talent Resources team on the attraction, selection and retention of talent at Gallup. Kristin has a bachelor’s degree in secondary mathematics education from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
