In her more than 10 years with Gallup, Maika has supported clients from five global offices, deepening her understanding of employee and customer engagement across cultures, industries and the varying challenges of individual businesses. As the face of Gallup's popular weekly CliftonStrengths podcast, "Theme Thursday," she interacts with coaches and leaders to create valuable educational experiences. A storyteller at heart, her previous education and work experience is in broadcast journalism, grounded in her bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
