Purva lead's Gallup's key client Learning & Development initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring the high quality and successful delivery of programs. Her mission is to build capacity within client organizations to improve bottom- and top-line performance through sustainable, high-quality learning solutions and leadership development. Purva's work helps organizations build engaged workplaces, measure individual contributions, drive performance and align employees' roles with their talents. She also helps managers and leaders understand and implement best practices that engage employees and customers and increase productivity, profitability and retention. In addition, she is certified to deliver leadership, strengths, engagement, performance and people manager interventions including the certified Gallup Global Strengths Coaching and Boss to Coach courses globally.
