Purva Hassomal manages Gallup’s Learning and Development organization across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring the quality and delivery of all learning programs for Gallup’s clients. Her mission is to build capacity within client organizations to improve bottom- and top-line performance through effective and high-quality leadership development and learning solutions.

She uses Gallup’s strengths-based approach to coach CEO and leaders on ways to improve individual and team performance and business outcomes. In addition, Purva facilitates Gallup’s Accelerated Strengths Coaching and High-Performance Management courses in the Asia-Pacific region.

Before joining Gallup, Purva served as the Managing Director of an oil and gas consultancy dedicated to serving the needs of the industry’s professionals across the Middle East-North Africa and Asia-Pacific regions. She developed and delivered learning and development solutions and events covering technical, career and training topics.

She has produced business-to-business conferences, workshops and training sessions throughout her career for Fortune 500 companies, family-owned conglomerates, and government and nonprofit organizations.

Purva received a bachelor’s degree in communications and media studies from Brunel University London.
