He ensures managers, associates and teams have opportunities to use their talents every day in ways that benefit and develop them personally and professionally. Mike holds a doctorate in educational leadership, a master’s degree in human resource development and a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
