Mike McDonald works with Gallup clients and the company's internal managers on strategies for creating high levels of employee engagement and wellbeing. Mike has helped many Gallup clients — from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies in the healthcare, hospitality and financial sectors — improve their employee engagement and wellbeing. He ensures managers, associates and teams have opportunities to use their talents every day in ways that benefit and develop them personally and professionally. Mike holds a doctorate in educational leadership, a master’s degree in human resource development, and a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
