Heather Barrett is a Managing Consultant at Gallup specializing in organizational culture, change management and employee experience. Heather is a leader within Gallup's Consulting Practices, responsible for translating key research insights into consultative approaches that advance Gallup's advisory capabilities. Heather also leads engagements with enterprise clients in the financial and professional services industries. Prior to joining Gallup, Heather spent a decade working in progressive Human Resource leadership roles, advising on talent strategy, human capital performance and organizational development. She has worked with organizations ranging from boutique startup agencies to large, global enterprises. Heather graduated from James Madison University with a bachelor's degree in communications, and earned a Master in Business Administration from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
