Benjamin Erikson-Farr serves as the global director of learning and development at Gallup. He manages a global team of learning and development and subject matter expert professionals who work with Gallup clients to improve organizational performance and drive business results through consulting, analysis and development. Benjamin brings deep expertise in leadership and management, employee engagement and strengths-based development to his work with Gallup clients and to his teams. As a manager, he applies Gallup management and strengths science to create engaged and high-performing teams that attract, develop and retain the industry's top talent. Benjamin received his bachelor's degree in international political economy from Colorado College. He received his Master of Business Administration from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
