She has more than 20 years of experience consulting with clients worldwide to enhance their business performance and develop companywide strategies that improve leadership development, workplace culture, customer experience, employee engagement and performance management.

In 2023, Denise was selected as the lead consultant for Gallup's Employee Experience Practice. Denise applies her expertise in psychology, leadership development and organizational behavior to create initiatives that improve business results. She specializes in executive-level engagement strategies and serves as an executive coach and leadership consultant to senior executives and CEOs. A sought-after strengths coach, Denise helps leaders and their teams identify and apply their unique talents to drive growth and performance for themselves and their organizations. Denise is a regular contributor to Gallup's workplace insights and has contributed to the SIOP Professional Practice Series. She has a master's degree in educational leadership from the University of Connecticut in Storrs-Mansfield, Connecticut, and a bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (UNL).
