Jillian (Anderson) White is a subject matter expert on culture and leadership who helps leaders create high-performing teams. She serves as a trusted adviser to leaders of Fortune 500 companies around the world, coaching executives to drive performance through a strengths-based management philosophy, creating engaged teams and building loyal customer relationships.

Jillian has experience leading global transformation efforts with clients in manufacturing, life science, insurance, hospitality, transportation and professional services. Her mission is to be a catalyst for transformation at both the personal and organizational levels.

Prior to joining Gallup, Jillian served as a communications instructor at Miami University and coached its nationally ranked collegiate speech team while receiving her advanced degree. Her research in organizational transformation received top honors from the National Communication Association.

Jillian has had the opportunity to work with leaders in places like Dublin, Bangkok and Accra, but her favorite city in the world is Chicago, where she offices for Gallup. She loves living with her family in the Chicago suburbs and has enjoyed giving back to her community by serving on various faith-based nonprofit boards dedicated to developing the next generation of leaders.
