Heather Barrett is a director with Gallup, responsible for translating key research insights into consultative approaches that advance Gallup's advisory capabilities. Specializing in strengths-based development and culture transformation, Heather partners with client teams to help organizations across the globe create thriving workplaces. Prior to joining Gallup, Heather spent a decade working in progressive human resource leadership roles, advising on talent strategy, human capital performance and organizational development. She has worked with organizations ranging from boutique startup agencies to large, global enterprises. Heather graduated from James Madison University with a bachelor's degree in communications and earned a master’s degree in business administration from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
