Heather Wright is a senior workplace consultant at Gallup. Through analysis, consulting and development strategies, she helps Gallup’s clients achieve their goals. Since joining Gallup in 1986, it has been Heather’s mission to provide leaders with insights that promote personal and business growth, resulting in strengths-based, engagement-focused and performance-oriented organizations. Heather is adept at tailoring learning and development programs to meet clients’ urgent business needs and prepare them for the future. Heather leads all of Gallup’s consulting programs and is often sought out as a keynote speaker on the challenges facing leaders and their organizations today. Her talents and expertise won her the 2023 Gallup Workplace Consultant of the Year award. Heather has a master’s degree in human resource development and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. She is an International Coach Federation certified coach.
