Mara Hoogerhuis, subject matter expert in leadership and change, partners with executives and senior leadership teams to understand and address organizational opportunities and challenges through a systems thinking lens. She brings passion and expertise in organizational development and leadership to help her clients lead transformational change and build high-performance teams and future-ready leaders. She earned a master’s degree in the management of learning from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. Mara is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and an International Coaching Federation associate certified coach. She is also an avid student of the work of Peter Senge and the Presenting Institute.
