Amatoga Jérémie is a bilingual learning and development consultant at Gallup. She leverages her fluency in multiple languages and work experience abroad to support government and business leaders in building thriving workplaces. Amatoga is a thought partner to her clients. Through strengths-based coaching and engagement-focused consulting, she challenges executives to see the employee as the solution to their business problems. She believes that unlocking human potential is how we solve the world’s most pressing problems. Amatoga earned a bachelor's degree in anthropology and Spanish language and literature from Tufts University. She earned a Master of Science in education from Long Island University Brooklyn. She serves her community as a board member at the Elm City Montessori School, the only public Montessori school in the state of Connecticut.
