Onaney Ortiz is a learning and development consultant at Gallup. She is passionate about integrating Gallup’s decades of research in human analytics to create and deliver solutions that serve as the scaffolding for an organization’s cultural transformation. Her mission is to help clients drive alignment between their organizational and human resource performance through strengths-based development. Onaney offers nearly a decade of experience as a facilitator across industries and is committed to creating a container of psychological safety during each interaction. Onaney earned dual bachelor’s degrees in psychology and law and justice from The College of New Jersey and completed master’s coursework in forensic psychology at CUNY John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is a Gallup-certified strengths coach.
