Rachel Maglinger, Ph.D., is a Gallup senior workplace consultant. She has served as a consultant and executive coach to senior leaders and executive teams since 2005. Rachel’s mission is to help leaders and managers uncover how they can ideally contribute to their company, team, community and family.

Rachel spends much of her time consulting with top executives to create succession plans for their teams and identify top leadership talent. She also supports companies in making hiring decisions at the executive level. Rachel consults with executives on ways to align their talents and strengths to heighten their performance and that of their team members. She also consults with executives and managers on employee selection decisions and coaches them on how to create and maintain talented leadership teams. Rachel contributes to Gallup’s research on employee selection and strengths.

Before joining Gallup, Rachel worked in the retail and healthcare industries. She has been involved with research on employee selection and performance, cognitive processes, neuropsychology, and organizational and industrial psychology.

Rachel earned a master’s degree and doctorate in psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is certified as an associate certified coach through the International Coach Federation.
