Theresa has over two decades of experience at the Estée Lauder Companies (ELC), first serving as a Clinique Sales and Education Executive and subsequently having the distinction of being a pioneer in the early incarnations of Clinique.com, For the last 15+ years, Theresa has been leading the evolution of executive leadership development and executive coaching at the company, serving as a CliftonStrengths champion and resulting in ELC’s recognition by Gallup as a Strengths Based Culture.

Theresa brought her diverse experiences together to help create and deliver ELC’s first People Leadership Program, an award winning 5 month leadership development program designed to empower experienced leaders across the globe with strengths based, inclusive skills and capabilities needed to run their business while leading diverse teams. The success of this program has led to her most recent work launching additional leadership development programs as ELC invests in leaders at every stage in their leadership journey.

In addition to creating and executing leadership development programs, Theresa is an internal executive coach at ELC and works 1:1 with high performing leaders to support them in their leadership development and career journey.

She has a passion for helping others unleash their potential and supporting leaders in building a high-performance, inclusive culture that increases employee engagement while achieving business results. She utilizes her wealth of experience and institutional knowledge to work with leaders from across the organization to identify clear, actionable strategies and tools that increase both personal performance and the performance of their teams.
