Dr. Ella F. Washington is the Founder and CEO of Ellavate Solutions and the author of multiple books on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Dr. Washington is a Professor of Practice at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. A recognized authority in DEI, Dr. Washington has consulted with businesses across industries, including finance, energy, education, and government.

For nearly 20 years, organizational psychologist Dr. Ella F. Washington has dedicated her life to “Elevating Humanity in the Workplace” by making the workplace a better, healthier, more equitable space for everyone. As the Founder and CEO of Ellavate Solutions, a professor of practice at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, and an in-demand consultant, speaker, and expert on workplace issues, Dr. Washington works with everyone from students to CEOs on issues including women in the workplace, barriers to inclusion for diverse groups, and the construction of more inclusive corporate cultures.
