Awa Diaw is a talent management consultant for Gallup. She interviews candidates and provides analysis in English and French to help managers make strengths-based hiring decisions. Awa also coaches clients on how to use their strengths to increase engagement, performance and client satisfaction. Since joining Gallup in 2007, Awa has worked primarily with high-performance healthcare and sales organizations. Prior to joining Gallup, Awa worked as a technical writer for an Omaha-based software company. Awa earned an associate degree in international business, a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in economics and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in business management from Bellevue University. She speaks English, French and Wolof (West African) and reviews translation work for Gallup’s international clients.
