Kristen Lipton is a managing director at Gallup. Kristen manages a growing sales team that provides learning and development programs and consulting services worldwide to companies seeking to improve business performance through employee engagement, strengths-based development, management and leadership. She brings Gallup's mission to life through this work, leveraging analytics, advice and education to help leaders and organizations solve their most pressing problems by developing a deeper understanding of the attitudes and behaviors of employees, customers and citizens. She received her master’s degree in business administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
