Jaclynn Robinson, Ph.D.
Jaclynn Robinson, Ph.D., is a workplace consultant at Gallup, where she brings expertise in the areas of organizations and systems. She uses Gallup's strengths-based approach, employee selection, strengths coaching, and leadership and development training to coach individuals, leaders and teams on ways to improve performance and business outcomes. In 2017, Jaclynn received Gallup's Coaching Excellence award. She received her doctorate degree in international psychology with an emphasis in organizations and systems from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
