Who is the Gallup at Work Summit for?

The Gallup at Work Summit is for anyone seeking learning and development opportunities. More specifically, the Summit is for individuals whose job it is to develop other people who are seeking individual development.

Should I work in a specific industry in order to attend?

No. Every year, attendees represent a wide array of industries, including education, consulting, the public sector, finance, engineering, medical supply, independent coaching and so many more.

Are there accreditation opportunities?

Yes. When the full agenda is available, we will release the accreditation opportunities. Previously, attendees have received HRCI, SHRM and ICF credits from the sessions they attended.

Is there a promotion for organizations sending five or more people to the Summit?

Yes! Organizations that register five or more participants for either in-person, virtual, or a mix of the two receive a 15% discount on their purchase. Contact us here to learn about the additional promotion for organizations sending 10 or more attendees in person.

Do I have to be a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach to attend the Summit?

No, you do not need to have any certifications to attend the Gallup at Work Summit.

Do I need to take the CliftonStrengths^® assessment before I go to the Summit? Is an access code included in my registration?

No, you do not have to take the CliftonStrengths assessment before attending the Gallup at Work Summit. An access code is not included in your registration.

What is the cancellation policy?

In-person registrations canceled by May 17, 2024, will receive a full refund. In-person registrations canceled after May 17, 2024 (including no-shows) will not be refunded.

Virtual registrations canceled by May 31, 2024, will receive a full refund. Virtual registrations canceled after May 31, 2024 (including no-shows) will not be refunded.

Can I modify my registration?

Yes, if you purchased a virtual ticket, you can upgrade to an in-person ticket. You can also downgrade your in-person ticket to a virtual ticket, if necessary.

What are the lodging accommodations for the in-person experience?

The Summit team negotiated discounted rates for attendees at nearby hotels. After registering, find hotel discount links on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email. The deadline to book is May 12.

When should I arrive in Omaha and when should I leave?

When booking your travel, plan for official Gallup at Work Summit activities to begin with the opening reception at 5 p.m. CT on Monday, June 3. Sessions will conclude at 1 p.m. CT on Wednesday, June 5.

What are the reservation deadlines for in-person and virtual attendance?

The deadline for in-person registration is May 22, while the deadline for virtual registration is June 1.

Is there a promotion for organizations that will have 10 or more people attending in person?

Yes! We have a special group promotion for organizations sending 10 or more people to experience the Gallup at Work Summit in person. Submit a form on our Contact Us page to get more information.
