From informal norms to unspoken expectations, participants will gain valuable insights into the factors that contribute to employees’ perceptions of their ability to succeed and thrive in their careers. Additionally, we will explore the alignment between these unwritten rules and formal performance standards, shedding light on the disparities that may exist between perception and reality in the workplace.
