Description

Wellbeing matters. Subjective wellbeing — as measured through survey research — has been linked to an extensive array of outcomes relevant to communities and organizations. In workplaces, wellbeing closely predicts absenteeism, performance, turnover, employee engagement and healthcare utilization. Thriving employees fuel a thriving workplace — and when employees are struggling, experiencing negative emotions or feeling burned out, your organization can suffer. Join us for a conversation on the global state of wellbeing and how it is impacting your organization. Guided by Gallup data, we’ll explore global emotional trends, social connectedness, mental health and what it means, ultimately, to be well.

Objectives:

  • Examine the intersections of mental health, emotional resilience and workplace productivity, recognizing the critical role of employee wellbeing in driving organizational success.
  • Discuss strategies for fostering a culture of wellbeing within organizations, including initiatives to support mental health, promote social connectedness and cultivate an environment where employees can thrive.
  • Reflect on the implications of global wellbeing trends for organizational leadership and management practices, identifying opportunities for prioritizing employee wellbeing and creating a healthier, more resilient workplace culture.
